Vlad is the primary composer and lead guitarist for the Philadelphia band EMPRESS. In addition to his musical contributions, he has been responsible for all of the video and photo production for the band. He is available to help create your next video, and for guest work as a recording artist or orchestrator.

Creativity is such a multifaceted and self-reinforcing thing, and I often find myself inspired to not only dig deeper, but also to branch out into related endeavors. It has always been this way, and here I am; a composer and performing musician with a background in photography and software development. As the primary song-writer for the band, I have had the opportunity to play a major role in crafting the vision for the project. A large part of what we have strived to achieve, aside from musical excellence, is a strong visual presentation. Given my background, I have handled the photo and video production duties for the band, helping to make the vision a reality.

For a long time, I have said that my goal as an artist is to make the audience feel something. The journey into video production has been a very rewarding one and I have begun to broaden my horizons. I look forward to applying my artistic style and love of the evocative to other projects.
